Agent Zero

The bet: give every small and medium business the operating system only the biggest companies can afford today, by being the best in the world at turning open-source code and the best available intelligence into working systems. Deadline 31 December 2029. (INTENT.md, his memos compressed, not yet ratified)

01

The bet and the two axes

INTENT.md is the fixed part; agency work and client work are the axes (his 5 Sep 22:20)

the template for Agent Zero and like a repo of all of my main concepts and information for Agent Zero. So if I want to see that front end and see what's going on with Agent Zero, see all of the main projects and all of that stuff linked to it, it's all there.Shaan → AGENT-ZERO · 6 Sep 16:36
You've got client projects and you've got agency work. It should be split like that.Shaan → Fable FA0 · 5 Sep 22:20
  2. Reading authored by the seat

Never sell the company, never take outside investment; extract 20% as clean profit, reinvest 80% perpetually; no employees, ever. Three bets: intelligence keeps improving, GitHub keeps improving, industries share an operating-system shape. The flywheel is the comp bank, the repo map, the industry data and the frameworks that grow them, collected perpetually on the always-on node. (INTENT.md, compression of memos 1–7)

Readers. Human: what is the bet, who is doing what, what did I decide. Agent: INTENT → BASELINE → this page, then the project's U4.

Decisions

he said 'you just decide all of the answers for me'; a decision he dislikes he reverses by saying so
D-25 · 6 Sep 14:30Why the fleet missed the bar

Under-specified acceptance + Shaan's standards installed only for Claude + peer traffic on the one UI seat = spec (~60%); silent substitution and receipts-instead-of-URLs = execution (~40%). Rule: no seat is spawned without a one-line 'you will open X and see Y' verification.

Shaan 14:30: 'was that a speccing problem on our end, or was that an execution problem on their end?'

D-30 · 6 Sep 18:32Which model runs sub-agents while the Codex window is reserved

Sub-agents that find, read or list run on Claude Haiku 4.5; the GPT/Codex window is reserved for the Oracle lane and BYK; Sol stays the one cold reviewer.

Shaan ~18:45: 'If you can use Haiku 4.5 for sub-agents, that might be better … Just use Haiku for now'

D-31 · 6 Sep 18:41Who decides

Agent Zero takes every decision on first principles and records it; it never asks him to approve. It shows him an HTML and says read this. A decision he dislikes he reverses by saying so.

Shaan ~18:41: 'approve all fucking decisions based on first principles … show me a html and say yo read this'

D-32 · 6 Sep 18:41Where the template bank lives

In the public siso-shell repo: shell/ (the CRM rail, copied exactly), parts/ (the twelve modules), templates/ (U0…U23), bin/compose. Published to siso-shell.pages.dev with the gallery as its front page.

Shaan ~18:41: 'in a nice templated way so that all agents can reuse it … a template bank … connected up to the repo'

D-33 · 6 Sep 18:41The template rows as tasks

24 issues on sisodias/siso-agent-zero-protocol, label template, host label; done = verification line true + OWNERS line.

his 16:50 'task list of agents'; D-31

D-34 · 6 Sep 18:41Who builds it

A fresh Fable seat TEMPLATE-BANK-ZERO in herdr-2, cwd siso-shell; builds in the gallery order; no testing loops, one screenshot per landed template; publishes at each landed row.

Shaan ~18:41: 'can you spawn a fresh fable to do this for us please in this space'
